A. Vision and Mission for Investors

Vision: Invest with knowledge and safety.

Mission: Every investor should be able to invest in the right research products based on their needs, manage and monitor them to meet their goals, access reports easily and efficiently, and be served in a fair and transparent manner.

B. Business Transacted by the Research Analyst with the Investor

  • Publish research reports based on independent fundamental analysis and observations.
  • Provide an independent, unbiased view on securities.
  • Offer unbiased recommendations, disclosing financial interests in recommended securities.
  • Provide recommendations based on analysis of publicly available information and verifiable data.
  • Conduct a compliance audit annually through an independent certified professional (ICAI / ICSI / ICMAI).
  • Ensure that all advertisements adhere strictly to the Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.
  • Maintain complete records of interactions with all clients and prospective clients where research services were discussed.

C. Services Provided to Investors

  • Onboarding: Sharing standardized terms and conditions of research services; completing mandatory KYC verification for all fee-paying clients via KRA.
  • Disclosures: Distributing research reports to all active clients simultaneously; clear disclosure of conflicts of interest, financial interests in recommended securities, and the extent of use of AI tools.
  • Grievance Redressal: Providing structured escalations to the RA, RAASB (BSE Limited), SEBI through SCORES, and dispute resolution via SMART ODR.

D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism & Access Channels

Direct to Research Analyst: Email to admin@8848invest.com or physical letter to 2nd Floor, AR Plaza, Ravapar Road, Morbi, Gujarat. 363641. The RA shall strive to redress grievances immediately, and not later than 7 business days.

SEBI SCORES 2.0 & RAASB: If unresolved within 7 business days, the investor may file a complaint on SEBI's SCORES 2.0 portal (scores.sebi.gov.in) or with RAASB (BSE Limited) at dis.ra@bseindia.com. Two-level review is conducted by RAASB and SEBI.

Online Dispute Resolution (SMART ODR): After exhausting the above, the investor may initiate dispute resolution through the SMART ODR portal (smartodr.in). Physical complaints may be addressed to Office of Investor Assistance and Education, SEBI Bhavan, BKC, Mumbai – 400 051.

E. Rights of Investors

  • Right to privacy, confidentiality, and data protection.
  • Right to transparent practices and non-discriminatory fees.
  • Right to fair and equitable treatment.
  • Right to adequate information to evaluate recommendations.
  • Right to initial and continuing disclosure regarding statutory and regulatory status.
  • Right to fair and true advertisement without superlatives or unsubstantiated claims.
  • Right to awareness about service parameters, delivery modes, and timelines.
  • Right to be heard and prompt, effective grievance redressal.
  • Right to exit from the research service with pro-rata refund for the unexpired period.
  • Right to receive clear caution notices when dealing with complex, volatile, or small/mid-cap equities.
  • Rights for Vulnerable Consumers: Right to access services in a suitable manner even if differently abled; right to provide feedback.

F. Expectations from Investors — Do's and Don'ts

Do's

  • Always deal with SEBI-registered Research Analysts and verify certificate validity on SEBI's website.
  • Read all disclosures and thesis points in research reports before investing.
  • Pay fees through banking channels only (UPI, cards, net banking) or through CeFCoM. Retain receipts.
  • Review the research recommendation thoroughly before buying or selling securities.
  • Ask relevant questions and clear doubts directly with the RA before acting.
  • Seek clarifications on research recommendations, especially regarding risk factors.
  • Keep copies of agreements and terms accepted.
  • Inform SEBI immediately about anyone offering assured or guaranteed returns.

Don'ts

  • Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst. The RA does not manage money.
  • Do not permit the RA to execute trades on your behalf. Never share trading, demat, or bank passwords and OTPs.
  • Do not fall prey to luring advertisements, social media hype, or unverified market rumors.
  • Do not get attracted to limited-period discounts, gifts, or incentives offered to induce subscriptions.
  • Never pay fees in cash.
